Massage therapy is commonly performed on a massage table for 30 to 90 minutes. Designed to be comfortable for both the client and the practitioner, it is a foam-padded table that has adjustable legs. There is a face cradle that you rest your face into when lying face down on the table.
Before we begin the session, there is a client release form that you’ll fill out and sign to give me permission to do the massage treatment. Any client under the age of 18 will have a parent or guardian initial the release form next to the client’s signature.
Two sheets will cover the massage table. When I leave the room, you will disrobe and lie face down on the table in between the two sheets. You can leave your underwear on if that makes you feel more comfortable. When you tell me it’s okay to come in, I enter the room and begin the massage treatment.
I only use organic and natural oils and creams in my office. This reduces allergy sensitivities. I don’t promote commercial grade creams or oils due to parabens, other toxic chemicals, scents and animal testing.
I HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ANY CLIENT WHO WANTS ANYTHING BUT A PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE.
